Google's cloud gaming service, Immersive Stream for Games, appears to be dead and buried alongside the Stadia service that it was a white label version of. After months of Google's Stadia service being shut down, the company has decided to pivot away from creating its own gaming platform. When Stadia was shutdown in January, third-party access to the underlying cloud gaming technology was also shut down, ending the Immersive Stream project.
