Reports decrease. Reports have decreased to slightly over 1,000 after they were as high as 15,000 earlier today at around 1:30 pm ET. Some players have taken to social media to express their frustration with the outage, with many expressing disappointment that they are unable to play with friends or access their favorite games.
The issue appears to have started shortly after 8.30am, with hundreds of people logging complaints with online outage tracker Down Detector. Xbox 360 players are reporting that they can no longer access Xbox Live and get online due to what appears to be a widespread outage.
