Emulation on iPhone is finally here: our guide covers what you need to know about how to use the Delta emulator app on iOS. The Delta emulator is available on the iPhone App Store, but you can still play retro games on Apple TV thanks to screen sharing. Your iPhone can play retro games originally released for the Gameboy, Nintendo 64, and more, thanks to the Delta app. Like most emulator apps, Delta isn't distributed with any games. You need to load your own (legally acquired) ROMs via either iTunes file. The iPhone is finally ready for more than Fruit Ninja: Here's how to play your favorite Nintendo and Sega classics on Apple's mobile. Apple has allowed game emulators on iPhones and it means now you can play retro games without having to jailbreak.
To start playing DS games on the Delta emulator app, you first need to download and install the app from the App Store. Once you have the app installed on your iPhone, you will need to download the DS game ROMs onto your device. Remember to only download ROMs for games that you own physically or have purchased digitally to stay within legal boundaries.
After downloading the DS game ROMs, open the Delta emulator app on your iPhone. Navigate to the section where you can add games or ROMs to the emulator. Select the DS game ROM that you want to play and add it to the emulator's library. Once the game is added, you can simply tap on it to start playing.
