Modern Warfare III will be the first Call of Duty game to join Xbox Game Pass. This news has excited fans around the world, eager to dive into the latest installment of this popular franchise. In true CoD fashion, the MW3 campaign has some of the most stunning graphics around and they still play like they're straight out of a Jason Bourne movie.

The game to me feels like something of a hybrid between the fast, arcade feel of Cold War and the more tactical, realistic feel of Modern Warfare. This blend creates a unique gaming experience that will keep players on their toes and engaged throughout the entire campaign.

Its single-player is flat-out terrible, its Zombies mode is uninspired, and its multiplayer has so many serious problems that it's hard to enjoy. Despite these drawbacks, many players still find themselves coming back for more, drawn in by the intense action and addictive gameplay.

AC-130 missions have returned in subsequent games to diminished returns; in Modern Warfare III, the AC-130 mission is a triumphant penultimate moment that will leave players feeling exhilarated and satisfied. The graphics and sound design in these missions are top-notch, creating a truly immersive experience.

Despite some moments where the campaign seemed confusing, Modern Warfare III is a decent enough reboot/sequel, allowing for some fun and exciting gameplay. The multiplayer mode is where the game truly shines, offering fast-paced action and endless hours of entertainment for players of all skill levels.

The biggest casualty of Modern Warfare 3's thrown-togetherness is the campaign. It speaks to how consistent Call of Duty campaigns usually are—immersing players in a thrilling narrative with high stakes and intense action. Unfortunately, MW3 falls short in this regard, leaving some players feeling disappointed.

Last year's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III will be available on Xbox Game Pass tomorrow, July 24. This marks the next big Activision release to hit the popular gaming subscription service, giving players even more options to choose from when it comes to their favorite games.
